By booking a tour with Machupicchu Wild Peru Trek, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, whether made through our website or by email. By making any payment, you and all travelers associated with your booking agree to these terms.
Traveler Responsibility
You assume all responsibility and risks inherent in the tours. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or loss of property that may occur during your trip. We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the tours and agree to follow the instructions of our guides at all times.
Reservations
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total tour cost. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before the departure date. Once payment is received, we will send you an electronic voucher with all the details of your trip.
Changes
If you need to change the date or modify a service, you must request it at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from airlines, hotels, or trains. We cannot guarantee availability on high-demand dates (holidays or peak season).

Please note that entrance tickets to Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail, and train tickets are non-refundable per regulations of the corresponding entities.
Force Majeure
In the event of strikes, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control, we will offer you equivalent alternatives or the option to change the date of your tour, subject to availability.
